Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
The program is open to professionals with at least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transport, warehousing, procurement, planning, production, distribution, or related areas.
Yes. Participation is free of charge for all confirmed applicants.
The program includes 6 modules delivered over 6 months (January – June 2026). The entire training program lasts 10 days, 1 or 2 days per month.
- Modules 1–4 include one day of in-person training in Belgrade and one day online.
- Modules 5 and 6 are delivered fully online, one day each.
All online sessions are conducted on the Zoom platform.
The training is conducted in English, with simultaneous translation into Serbian provided for both in-person and online sessions.
All in-person training days will be held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, Resavska 15, Belgrade (Hall 2, except on January 27–29, when sessions will be in Hall 3).
Both in-person and online training sessions run from 09:00 to 16:30, including a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute breaks (one in the morning and one in the afternoon).
Participants gain practical skills and tools they can apply immediately in their daily work. Key benefits include:

- For in-person sessions: 5 groups of 30 participants;
- For online sessions: 3 groups of 50 participants.

Yes. All training materials will be available online, and participants will receive access to presentations, case studies, exercises, and digital tools. Each registered participant will receive unique login credentials by email for the e-learning platform of the Supply Chain Management Center, where all materials will be hosted.
Yes. After completing all modules participants will receive a certificate of completion issued by the Supply Chain Management Center.

- Transport & Distribution Management
- Logistics Project Control Management
- Green Logistics / ESG in Supply Chains
Each module includes practical examples, real business cases, and ready-to-use tools.

It is recommended to bring your laptop for in-person sessions for Modules 2, 3 and 4 for practical and interactive exercises.
