Andreea has over 20 years of management experience across multiple industries. She is currently Head of Distribution & Logistics at Selgros Cash & Carry Romania, coordinating logistics for all 23 stores nationwide and leading the implementation of efficient supply and distribution strategies to optimize service levels and operational costs.She holds a degree in Management from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) and an Executive MBA from ASEBUSS, which strengthened her strategic management and leadership capabilities.

Her career includes senior roles such as General Director at Premium Fruct, Executive Director at Total Fleet Solutions, and Operations Manager at Renania Trade SRL – Târgu Mureș, where she advanced team leadership, network planning, and operational excellence.

A committed contributor to the sector, Andreea has been a volunteer with ARILOG and has served as the Association’s Vice President since 2019. Since 2022, she has represented ARILOG in dialogue with government authorities on the implementation of the RO eTransport system, helping align logistics practices with new regulatory requirements.
