About the training program

The MoveUp Training Program supports logistics and supply chain professionals in the Republic of Serbia to strengthen their skills and competitiveness in today’s evolving market.

The program is delivered by the Supply Chain Management Center (Romania), in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, and is led by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, in partnership with the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).

The program helps professionals strengthen their leadership, digital, and operational skills to boost efficiency and sustainability in logistics and supply chain management.

Participation is free for confirmed applicants.

The Training Provider

Supply Chain Management Center is a leading institution in Romania with 20+ years of training experience in logistics and supply chain management areas. The company’ training courses are aligned with the standards promoted by the European Logistics Association.

  • 6 modules over 6 months (4 modules of 2 days — 1 day onsite in Belgrade, in the premises of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia + 1 day online; and 2 modules of 1 day online).
  • Working language: English with simultaneous translation into Serbian provided.
  • Participants will have access to online training materials.
  • Participation in the program is free of charge.

  • Professionals with 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chains who can directly influence company performance.

Course curriculum

MoveUp training program is structured into six modules, each focusing on a key area of modern supply chain and logistics management. Each module combines expert-led sessions, case studies, and interactive exercises, ensuring participants leave with immediately applicable knowledge and tools for improving performance.
